So you've decided that you want to be best friends....YES!!! Here are the next steps to secure your date. Once you make your Collection or Hourly Rates Selection, Kari Geha Photography will send over an online contract for you to review, fill in necessary information, and e-sign. Next you will be prompted to make your deposit payment of 50% via credit card (if you want those airline miles!) or ACH. Once received, it's official and we get to hangout at your wedding!

Engagement Session
If you have decided to book an engagement session for extra hangouts with me, then we work together to find the perfect location and date for your session! Let's scale a mountain, run through a field, visit a brewery, hangout at a skate park, have a cooking session in your home, run around a waterfall. Whatever you want for your session, let's make it happen! Engagement sessions are great practice at getting use to the camera being present, as well as a way for us three to get to know each other!
Planning
Leading up to your day, we will have a few conversations to pepare for your big day! I have a couple questionnaires that I will send out to you prior to your wedding day. One is to get a feel for the timeline, last minute question, and your vendor information. Secondly, is your family shot list! This helps me to know which groupings and the order you want for family photos, in order to make this super smooth!
Final delivery
We had a BLAST at your wedding and made a ton of memories (which I have documented in full!). Now I have edited the images and put them into an online gallery about the story of your beautiful day. You will receive an email with the gallery link to view, share and download! I also will be sending you a little surprise in the mail, so keep an eye out for that! It usually arrives a couple weeks after the gallery ;)

when will i RECEIVE my final files?
Following your wedding or elopement date, you can expect a preview of a few images from throughout the day, within 1 week! :) Your final images will arrive within 8-10 weeks (hopefully earlier), via an online photo gallery. You can share this with family and friends, as well as download your high resolution images directly from this site. A couple weeks following the gallery, you will receive your USB in the mail, along with another surprise gift from me to you!
how do i book you for my day?
Contact me to make sure I'm available for your day! Next I will gather some information from you, such as your email address, name, and location. I will email you a contract to review and e-sign and make your 50% deposit to secure the date! Tada! Final Payments are due two weeks before your wedding date. You can, of course, pay them off early. However, you have until two weeks prior to your wedding date to make your final payment :)
how long do we have gallery access?
You will have access to your online gallery for 1 year! During this time, I recommend downloading your images to a safe hard drive. Then you will also have the USB you receive as your back-up of the images. I always recommend having your photos in two locations at all times for long term storage. At the end of your 1 year of online gallery access, there is an option to continue your hosting for an additional fee/yr.
