My couple that I share friendship waffles with! Courtney and James had their wedding at La Joya Dulce in Steamboat Springs and it is breathtaking. It’s a working ranch with horses and views for miles! The owners are the sweetest and beyond helpful and they love their rescue horses. (Who are also super cuddly and sweet).

After they both got ready, we four-wheeled to their first look location at a private pond! After their first look, the two had private vow which they wanted to say to each other, outside of the actual ceremony. It was sweet and I’m pretty sure all of us were crying haha Then they both did a branding on some wood which would then become their guestbook at the reception!

Then their sweet fur baby joined for a few photos! We ran around and took couples photos with gorgeous views and moody clouds in the background. It was beautiful! We four-wheeled back to the main grounds and had a sweet ceremony. We BARELY made it before the monsoon rain hit! Everyone ran to cocktail hour while the three of us hangout in the hanger waiting for the heavy rains to stop. It was kind of relaxing though, laughing, hanging out and enjoying their cocktails. Family photos started right when the rain stopped, and then on to the sunset photos, complete with the sweet horse cuddles, killer sunset, and a yellow vintage car named Daisy. Then on to reception festivities! Such a happy day and it was an honor and my pleasure to be a part of it. Congrats you two! We still need to go see those baby goats! 🙂
